Amongst all the things that you could work on, which are the two or three improvement initiatives that will have the biggest impact on your bottom line?

And can the impact be quantified? For example,

the cost of obtaining a new customer is generally reckoned at about 7 times that of retaining an existing customer … so customer loyalty matters!
the cost of replacing a staff member you didn’t want to lose is at least 50% of their total annual package … so increasing staff loyalty and reducing unplanned staff turnover matters!
launching a new product that the community is suspicious about can place the whole success of the product in jeopardy … so consulting the community matters!
