Managing Stakeholder Value

This is a general process for helping you create and enhance the value that your enterprise provides to your key stakeholders. It is termed Stakeholder Value Management (SVM®)

It is based on a methodology developed by Ray Kordupleski that allows an enterprise to measure and manage Customer Value and track outcomes through to 'Business' Value.

Stakeholder Value Management uses a similar approach for all stakeholder groups, leading to a practical means of implementing effective performance measurement in an enterprise. For each particular stakeholder group, it helps you:

measure your success in creating and adding superior value for them
link this to key business drivers, and to your success with other stakeholder groups
identify the stakeholder's key drivers of satisfaction and measure your current perceived performance
predict the business impact of proposed improvements
identify performance measures that help focus the work of your enterprise on its mission
